2027 $100 Rep Team Deposit Registration Opens October 1, 2026
Please be advised that this registration is only for players selected for the 2027 Wolverines team.
The $100 deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the player’s 2027 registration fees. Registration for the outdoor season will open in the New Year, at which time the remaining balance can be paid.
Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to qwsc@bellnet.ca. Full refund of Rep Registration Fees minus a $45 fee upto U12 & $75 for U13 & above will be granted for competitive players withdrawing before the start of any league, Cup or tournament game whichever comes first. The non-refundable deposit will be automatically deducted from any refund request. Refunds will be given for medical or re-location up until June 15th. NO REFUNDS will be given once the season starts for any other reason.
Please be advised that our $15 late fee incurred after March 15 is non-refundable.
